Factory Karts Claims Two Championships at SKUSA ProKart Challenge Finale
Biezonsky and Kekati deliver KA100 Junior and FZ125 Senior titles at the season finale
October 13, 2026 | Factory Karts closed the 2026 SKUSA ProKart Challenge season with two championships, as Diesel Biezonsky secured the KA100 Junior title and Theo Kekati swept the weekend in FZ125 Senior. The season finale ran October 3-4 at K1 Circuit in Winchester, California, on the Pro Track with chicanes layout, serving as the fifth and final event and round six of the championship.
Biezonsky’s path to the KA100 Junior championship was anything but simple. After qualifying fifth, he was involved in a heavy crash during Sunday morning warm-up. The team rallied to rebuild the kart in time for him to make the start of his heat race, where he drove forward to battle for the win and finished second after a drag race to the line. In the Main Event, Biezonsky moved into the lead early and fought hard to hold it. Contact shuffled him back in the pack, but he recovered to finish fourth on track and clinch the 2026 KA100 Junior championship. Factory Karts extends special thanks to Sanner Racing Engines for its role in bringing this title home.
In FZ125 Senior, Kekati controlled the weekend from start to finish. He took pole position over Factory Karts teammate Mason Mitchell by just five thousandths of a second, giving Factory Karts the entire front row. The pair held their one-two order through the heat race and pulled away to a five-second lead over third place. Kekati led all 20 laps of the Main Event to complete the sweep and claim the championship, while Mitchell lost ground at the start and recovered to finish fourth.
Chris Giumarra once again showed Factory Karts pace at the front of KA100 Master. After qualifying fourth, he worked his way forward to win the heat race. Changing track conditions caught him out in the early stages of the Main, but he recovered and set the fastest lap of the race. While challenging for a podium position, contact dropped him to a sixth-place finish.
In Pro Shifter, Billy Musgrave showed strong speed throughout the day but came up just short of what he needed, bringing his 10-year championship streak to an end. Musgrave finished third on the day and set the fastest lap of the Main Event on lap 19.
