ABOUT FACTORY KARTS
Factory Karts' vision began in 2020: to produce a better racing kart that offered not only performance but also a frame built with greater integrity and consistency for both professional competitors and hobbyists. With the first frame produced in 2020, the team moved into a small production batch in 2021 with a heavy focus on local regional participation, which provided initial experience and data to move the business in the correct direction. With a full year of knowledge gained in 2021, Factory Karts jumped on the scene in 2022, taking its first national win (SKUSA Pro Tour), and as a result, starting a winning streak that led to continued success in the SKUSA Pro Tour and Stars series events.
After another winning season in 2023, growth not only in race results, but also sales and its dealer network continued to grow and gave the brand energy for future growth. The brand's ownership was transferred at the end of the 2023 season, and production continued at its southern California location for the remainder of the year. With new ownership aiming to elevate the business model with augmented resources and production capacity, the factory was moved at the end of 2024 to a state-of-the-art facility in Phoenix, AZ. With the overall focus now on a long-term horizon, the company developed new functional departments backed by the correct resource allocations and staffing to enable the fulfillment of the company's original goals to be met in the present and future.
The renewed focus has been labeled as "Factory Karts 2.0", which signifies the reboot of the company's entire initiatives. Initiatives that are rooted in continuous improvement from the production floor to the entire product range, offered alongside pre-sales and after-sales service will provide the company and its valued partners and clients a future worth being excited about.

DEPARTMENTS
Front office
From greeting and welcoming our clients and vendors, our front office is dedicated to binding company communication across all departments. No detail is allowed to go unnoticed or unattended at Factory Karts, and the Front Office enables the team to facilitate its deliverables consistently.
finished goods
Assembly and Quality Control are the primary focus of all finished goods. From assembly to shipment, all products undergo scrutiny to ensure Factory Kart clients receive the best possible products. The Pick, Pack, Ship processes take place in our Finished Goods department.
manufacturing
Engaged in the first of three phases of production, the team meticulously designs each chassis using SOLIDWORKS to ensure both competition and longevity. Fiber tube laser cutting, combined with CNC tube bending, enables unmatched quality to provide a fitment that rivals the best. Finish welding is uniquely completed before all chassis are finished in a brilliant proprietary paint finish.
competition
Factory Karts' race-winning endeavors provide a pure spotlight on the range of products. Development never stops, and with a strong focus on consistency, the product range is confirmed through key testing and real-world competitive events where strong quantitative and team analysis lead to accurate decision-making.
design
From Pen to Paper to SOLIDWORKS! Leveraging the team's knowledge, conceptual designs are vetted in the staff's design review meetings. Once design concepts receive approval, a multi-step process begins, starting with a SOLIDWORKS model, followed by material selection and sample production. Sample production is passed through the QC department and track-tested to receive the final sign-off.
marketing
With brand development, the marketing team ensures that all items are passed through the Factory Karts brand book to ensure that strict guidelines are met. With a clear brand voice and vision, the team focuses on driving a quality communication strategy that embodies these principles. By creating in-house web platforms, along with social media and customer engagement, the marketing department provides a constant impact.
