The final phase of assembly is managed entirely in-house through a cellular pre-assembly process, which eliminates the need for a linear workflow, therefore, improving throughput and quality of the finished product prior to shipment.

A detailed Bill of Materials travels throughout the factory during production for each chassis model as well as each sub-assembly. The manufacturing process of frames involves the selection of proprietary tubing, which is first processed using our 5-axis fiber tube laser. From here, if required, tubing is routed to our in-house CNC tube bender, where each tube is fitted with the appropriate dies and specially designed mandrels to meet specific and strict manufacturing requirements within the production process. Frames are then fused in a hybrid-type welding process, providing high tolerance adherence and industry-leading distortion management to provide a globally leading product. The final step is a visit to the quality control (QC) department, where key measurements are confirmed and electronically logged into the chassis database to ensure unmatched accountability prior to finish paint.
